Rhythms is a 21-day journey to rest, refocus, and walk with Jesus. Over the next three weeks, you’ll incorporate daily and weekly objectives and special challenges to deepen your faith in Christ. These objectives are achievable but will require some intentional effort and prioritization. Rhythms is best experienced in community, so consider inviting friends to join you for support and accountability.

Daily Objectives

3 times of kneeling prayer

Reading of Scripture
*Psalm 23 daily
*1 chapter from the book of John

Journaling
*
Thoughts, experiences, questions, struggles

21 Minute Walk
*
Without your phone

Weekly Objectives

Limited Social Media and Gaming
*90 minutes per week (15 minutes per day)
*One day a week with no Social Media/Gaming

Meals and Conversations
*At least one meal with one person, no cell phones

Group Interaction
*Check-in texts to group members to see how they’re doing, possible group hangouts at someones house

Special Objectives

Week 1 | 3 Letters
*Write 3 letters/notes to people of your choosing

Week 2 | Three Acts of Service
*Sacrifice time and effort three times

Week 3 | Three Family Times
*Lead your family in fun activities
