Guidelines and Instructions for Submissions

Visual Art: 
— Bring to the table in foyer by church office. Pieces should be ready to hang or to display on a flat surface.
— Please attach a note with your name, title of piece and/or parable(s) referenced, and any other description you wish to include. (Often people like to know what media/materials you used, for instance.)

Poetry and Prose: 
— No more than 2500 words.
— Please email your piece to Pastor Adria and include the title of piece and/or parable(s) or characteristic(s) referenced.

Music and Songs:
— Email Adriele Park if you would like to perform your piece during the Arts Night. 
— If you would like to have the lyrics to your song printed in the evening’s program, please email them to Pastor Adria.

General Guidelines:
— Submissions should be a response to a theme in Jesus' parables or a characteristic of God.
— All items should be appropriate for all ages. BCC staff reserves the right to choose what items are displayed and performed.
