Hello, Tech Team!
I wanted to reach out and send an update about our experimental 2 Service plan beginning on February 2nd, 2025.
First, this is a chance for us to do something that we sense God leading us to do. We’re growing as a church, and we want to discern what God is asking of us at this time. Will we continue to grow if we make room? We’re not sure! But we’re willing to step out of our comfort zone to see. So, in advance, THANK YOU for stepping out in faith with us as we explore what might happen during these months!
Second, here is some detailed information about how this impacts our tech and worship team:
Sunday Morning Schedule from February 2- Early June:
9:00-10:00
First Service
10:05-10:50
Life Together Classes for Children, Youth, Adults
11:00-12:00
Second Service
Arrival Times. With the first service moving earlier by 30 minutes, that means band call will be earlier as well, but only by 15 minutes. Here are the arrival times for the different roles of our tech team:

Third, as you can see, we’re live-streaming the first service only. In a lot of ways, things will stay the same for most of you…except we’ll be starting 15 minutes earlier. The big question is this: if you are running lyrics or sanctuary sound, will you be able to serve at both services? I know that’s asking a lot! Our worship team has decided to have musicians lead both services. We have more flexibility then they do, so please let me know if you (as a lyric person/sound person) would want to do both services or just one.
Scheduling: We’ve been trying a new way of scheduling where you block out the dates you know you’re NOT able to help, and then Jacob schedules a month out. So please continue to update the Planning Center App OR email Jacob with the dates you’re not available. This is still a “clunky” way of finding the best way for you to serve on the times that work best for you. We appreciate so much your flexibility as we try to manage these different positions.

Reply to Jeff, letting him know you received it and read it
Lyric/Sound people, reply to Jeff, letting us know if you’d be able to serve at both services or just one
Everyone, use the Planning Center Services App to block out dates OR email Jacob anytime you know your unavailable dates
