ReFrame

Wednesdays, 6:30-8 PM — Library
September 24-December 3

Our lives are increasingly complex and so is our modern world. As a result, Christians often struggle to connect what they believe with what they do day by day. ReFrame addresses this challenge through a 10-week, film-based series that helps Christians connect faith with all of life; whether that be tending a garden, caring for children, serving at church, or negotiating a business deal. This group study is for all adults, but may be especially good for those discovering or reconstructing their faith in Jesus. For more information on ReFrame, you can visit the ReFrame website or contact Pastor Adria.

Vespers Prayer Service

Sunday, October 5, 6 PM — Sanctuary

You are invited to join Vespers, a prayer service in the style of Taizé, an ecumenical form of prayer modeled after the Taizé community founded in the 1940's by Br. Roger in Taizé, France. Christians of all traditions share in this ecumenical prayer. The simple monthly service consists of song (using the simple chants of the Taizé community), scripture, a service of light, an extended period of silence concluding with prayers for the world.
