ICC is a Christian international development organization that exists to provide full-time care in China to those with special needs who have been abandoned. Operating out of three cities in China, ICC provides nutrition, therapy, medical care, education and family-style care to over 350 children, youth and young adults.
Their U.S. office is located in Bellingham.
The Lighthouse Mission serves the homeless population of Bellingham in Christ's name. Their services include homeless shelters for men and women, a drop-in center, a home for victims of domestic violence and a discipleship program for those transitioning out of homelessness.
Whatcom Love INC is a clearinghouse of services for needy individuals and families who are referred through a network of churches in the county.

Talk Time is a conversation group hosted by Campus Christian Fellowship which meets every other Friday near Whatcom Community College. The purpose is to reach out to and serve international students by providing a place of fun, community, acceptance and genuine relationships.
